About Us

Hey everyone!

My name is Jessica, and I am the owner of The Creative Balloon Company.

I started my balloon journey during lockdown, stuck at home wondering what I can do to keep myself occupied. A family friend was selling her Sweet Cart hire business at the time, and I thought to myself ‘what an amazing opportunity, can I grow this into more?’

2 years later…Here I am a Balloon artist & a business owner!! I never in a million years thought that my business would be where it is today and that my actual job would be to decorate all your amazing parties, it’s such a surreal but exciting industry to be a part of.

Although I have done a lot of this myself, I can’t take all the credit. My fiancé Jay (who you will see at events with me and on the occasional timelapse or Instagram story 😊) is my right-hand man and my business brain. Without him I don’t think I would have even thought about running my own business.

However, I really couldn’t do what I do without all of you! So, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that has allowed us to be part of their special moments so far and thank you for keeping me busy! To our new potential clients: Welcome, I cannot wait to be a part of your special day.
